RigTicket holds your business records: what you worked, who owes you, and the paperwork that keeps you on site. This says exactly what is kept, where it sits, and who else ever sees it. Fusion Fab Apps runs the service and is responsible for this.

The short version

  • We do not sell your data. There is no advertising in the app and no ad trackers.
  • Your tickets and invoices are visible to you, and to nobody else by default.
  • You can export everything, and you can delete everything.
  • We only share data with the services needed to run the app, listed below.

What is collected

Your account. Email address, and a password we never see in readable form, or your Google account identifier if you sign in that way.

What you enter. Your business profile and logo, rate profiles, customers and their contact details, jobs, tickets, invoices, payments, expenses and certifications. This includes photos you take and notes you write.

Signatures. When someone signs a ticket on your phone, the drawing and the printed name they give are stored on that ticket. That signature belongs to a person who is not you, which is why the terms put the responsibility for asking them on you.

Technical basics. Standard server logs from hosting, which include IP address and browser type, kept for troubleshooting and security. If you turn on push notifications, a device token so a reminder can reach that device.

No location tracking. The app never asks for your location and does not follow your truck. The only place a site appears is where you typed it on a ticket.

Where it lives

On Google Firebase in the United States. Documents are in Cloud Firestore, files in Cloud Storage, and accounts in Firebase Authentication, all in a Google Cloud project we control. Access is enforced per account by security rules: another RigTicket user cannot read your records.

A copy also lives on your own phone. That is deliberate, and it is what makes the app work with no signal. It is kept in the browser's storage for the site and is cleared when you sign out or clear site data.

Who else sees any of it

  • Google Firebase and Cloud Run host the app and store the data.
  • Resend delivers email. When you send an invoice, the recipient address, your business name, the invoice and its PDF pass through them.
  • Stripe handles subscription payments. Card details go straight to Stripe and never touch our servers; we only receive whether you are subscribed.

That is the entire list. Nobody else receives your data, and none of these are permitted to use it for their own purposes.

People you invoice

When you email an invoice, your customer receives a link to a hosted copy of it. Anyone holding that link can view that one invoice, which is what makes it work for an accounts payable clerk who has no account here. The link shows nothing else in your records. The app records when it is first opened, which is the read receipt you see on the invoice.

Getting your data out, or deleting it

Reports exports income, expenses and the full ticket list as CSV, and PDFs of tickets, invoices and the certification packet are generated on demand.

To delete your account and everything in it, email support@rigticket.app from the address on the account. Everything is removed within 30 days, other than what we have to keep for tax and accounting records of payments you made to us.

How long things are kept

Your records stay until you delete them or close the account, because they are business records you may need years later. Server logs are kept for a short period for troubleshooting. Payment records are kept as long as tax law requires.

Cookies and similar

No advertising or analytics cookies. The app stores a sign in token so you stay signed in, a local copy of your data so it works offline, and photos queued for upload. That is all functional, and the app does not work without it.

Security

Traffic is encrypted in transit, data is encrypted at rest by Google, access is scoped per account by security rules, and payment details never reach us. No service can promise perfect security, but if something happened that affected your data we would tell you.

Your rights

Depending where you live you may have rights to see, correct, export or delete your data, or to object to processing. Email support@rigticket.app and we will do it. We will not charge you for it or make you jump through hoops.

Children

The app is for people running a business and is not intended for anyone under 18.

Changes

If this changes in a way that matters, the effective date at the top changes and we will say so in the app.
